Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei Ep. 13 & 14 – Now It’s Getting Exciting

Well, it takes like 13 episodes until Madhouse really do something right with this show, last week episode was better than the previous ones. Like finally they show us the bad guys; I mean no random bad guys claiming themselves as world class terrorists fighting for equality and no background whatsoever. Anyway, First High is already badass, like Mayumi, no need to worry; your school’s point gap with Third’s is manyyyy.

The one needs to worry is Third High, and they do worry. Masaki and George hold a secret meeting with their school team, finally come to the conclusion that Tatsuya is what to fear for his ‘natural’ talent in engineering and make an easy winning way for every players he handles. And oh shit, Masaki is jolly handsome. Tatsuya sweeps all the way to winning in female rookies division. Shizuku wins easily in speed shooting with her straight perfect scores. Honoka makes her very first winning with Tatsuya’s strategy. It’s not clear if Tatsuya handles both Miyuki and Shizuku in the final match of Ice Pillar Break, though.

And FINALLY, Tatsuya and Miyuki mention their aunt in a very interesting manner. So it’s clear, Tatsuya is God in Mahouka Universe and he CAN beat his pretty aunty but what comes next? He still doesn't have the power to rule the Yotsubas, the only way for the siblings to live a peaceful life is when aunty is gone and Miyuki be the head of the clan.

Poor Morisaki, everyone knows he'll fail when last week’s ending rolled. I also love this part when Masaki and George come by their will just to see how Tatsuya looks. Lucky Masaki, get to see his fav girl Miyuki and do you have to stare at her like that?? You’re Crimson Prince, girls are chasing you, no need Miyuki, baby! I can see rivalry between these 3 guys. At least they DO EXPLAIN why Masaki is called Crimson Prince; you check out Masaki’s magic Rupture on MKnR wiki. Anyway Asuza’s voice is weird; I mean bad.

As Morisaki and his team got injured (thanks to this Asian-Hong Kong-Whatever-Organization), Tatsuya is asked to participate in Monolith Code (He refused at first, but even Tatsuya takes order from Jyumonji); ha! Now it’s time to beat my sweet Masaki’s butt. Okay, expect a good fight next week in Monolith Code, curious to see how Tatsuya, Leo, and Mikihiko work it out!

Love the new opening and ending though! It raises my excitement for this arc, like this show deserves more attention, enough with its poor adaptation we still have half of the series and it’s enough to make it a good show!
