Kamigami no Asobi Ep. 1 - [First Impression] Gods. Freaking Gods.

This is the first anime I watch for Spring. I have to admit Reverse Harem had been a must on my list for every season since I watched Brothers Conflict. Well, Kamigami no Asobi itself tells about *let’s just call it* Gods academy which purpose is to educate the young Gods about love & humanity. The main character Yui, kidnapped by Zeus as the “human representative”. I just realized Broccoli made this, this is why I get some UtaPri vibes. Duh.

Just what the actual fuck. I was ready to drop this from the beginning, like what the hell with the opening here? Gods’ transformations? Is the MC trapped in some Goddess war or something? And why they show us some random horse with wings? What its name? Pegasus? *probably not unicorn, it doesn’t have any horn* Based on the first 5 minutes I would say this show is stupid, full of nonsense, and ridiculous. Guess it’s anime world; everything is possible. By the way, why Hades is in this academy too? He is Zeus’ brother right? Nevermind. Shota Zeus is cute anyway. Lawl Hades is probably is a tsundere.

Animations – I’m so bothered by the appearance of flowers every time the Gods come. Like seriously that’s so old-fashioned and eww this aint boys before flowers. The designs of the characters are odd maybe I’ll get used with the hair but I am probably moarrr interested with their human forms. Anyway, the gif of Apollon’s transformation has became viral on tumblr XD

Story and Characters – So far so nice, Yui is no really dumb. Well at least she can use some swords in case the guys want to rape her. She does finish her talk. Okay probably with “err” and “uh” or “um” in the way. What makes me happy is to see her runs away when Zeus tells her his plan. That’s some “action”. Is it just me but mythology setting is interesting. So far we just walk around the castle meeting the Gods so I can’t tell if it really has a potential in term of plot *tbh I would say it’s lame but still I’ll watch*. And I smell some Boys Lover here -_- LokixBaldr TakeruxTsukito I swear, if you think Free! was gay these guys are way more frontally gay XD One thing to note; they are AGGRESSIVE (my friends at school will probably love some kissing & flirting scenes). The idea of the ending is cool actually but the lip-syncs are off.Not expecting much of this show but gonna watch this til the end unless it’s getting crappy.
